One Green Thing

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 22, 2026

Overview

One Green Thing is a daily eco challenge app. The app does not sell personal data, does not use advertising tracking, and does not include third-party analytics SDKs.

Data Stored in the App

The app stores settings, selected language, reminder times, daily challenges, completion or skip status, history, and streak statistics. This data is used to operate the app and show your progress.

iCloud Sync

If iCloud is enabled on your device and the app uses CloudKit, your app data may sync through your Apple iCloud account. Apple handles that data under its own privacy policy. If CloudKit is unavailable, data remains stored locally on your device.

Reminders

If you enable notifications, the app schedules local daily reminders at the times you choose. Reminder content does not require sending personal data to our server.

Purchases

The lifetime unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. The app only receives whether the purchase is active so it can unlock paid features. We do not process payment card information.

Network Requests

The app may download current challenge packs from one-green-thing.pages.dev. As with any network request, the hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, request time, and information needed to deliver the content.

Your Choices

You can turn notifications off in the app or in iOS Settings. You can remove app data by deleting the app; iCloud-synced data can be managed through your iCloud settings.

Contact

For privacy questions, contact the developer through the support information listed on the app's App Store page.
